We stayed here for 2 nights, it was excellent. The apartment was stylish, and it's set in a central area.

My apartment was attractive and clean short walk to the historic centre of Arras and WW1 battlefields.

We did not want to leave there and would consider staying here again.

Good looking and extremely pleasant room, comfy bed, a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating. Stunning setting to the Christmas markets. Excellent and efficient personal, admirable service.

Grand apartment, exceptionally clean and really close to a historic and the historic centre of Arras. Well-appointed and functional rooms, all with a balcony. Extremely helpful staff, contactable if needed.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. the temperature in the room was perfect and the ability to open the windows onto the square was a great feature. - the hotel was nicely furnished and the overall comfort level was high.

The bathroom lacked privacy for a room that accommodates six people. It would be beneficial to have a longer glass wall or stronger partition to prevent water from escaping the shower area.

The breakfast here was delicious with a variety of options like ham and cheese, and the beds were really comfortable, plus the staff were always friendly and attentive.

Functional rooms, everything was perfectly fine.

Location was fantastic, at walking distance from Cathedrale st Vaast. They were efficient, and we had a comfortable stay of three nights.

Property was clean and stylish, I liked it. Had a nice coffee at Brussel's Cafe, located 5 minutes walk away. It had separate bathroom which was luxury.

The room was spotless and airy, with a great shower and comfortable beds. The service was admirable. The hotel is conveniently located near a café offering great coffee and desserts.

Our apartment was clean and attractive close to the restaurant. It was incredible in main square. Hosts were accommodating and attentive, even gave us room on certain windows. Had excellent stay of three nights and received wake up calls for free, a nice bonus. We had the suite which was recently refurbished and contemporary.

Great value for money, with recently refurbished rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city square and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One improvement that could be made to the breakfast is to have a wider variety of hot food items available.
